Join us for light exercise in preparation for the holiday season!
Our cafe's are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month starting on Tuesday, September 11,2019.
Who: This program is specifically designed for both the person living with early stage memory loss or mild cognitive impairment and their caregiver to experience together.
